blender.

note: I'm going to try and blog at least once a day this week. I've got so much 'interesting' shit going on, I need to be doing that instead of just being such a lazy ass all the time. 

Since it's Sunday and I just finished watching the Celtics choke away would should have been the sweep game, had they not choked away game 1 as well, I'll show you what I've been working on lately... my health.

So what I do, is I drink roughly 2-3 protein shakes a day, as I am very lazy and do not like wasting 20-30 minutes cooking when a shake is healthy and takes about 5-7 minutes to prepare.

Personally, I like strawberry/banana, mixed with a little orange juice. I would tell you what's in that unlabeled white container, but that's my secret shit, so I got to keep it under wraps. Just know, it's not steroids... I keep those in a glass vial. If you have any good smoothie/shake recipes, please, by all means, indulge me.
